Well the week has come and gone and no call or email from Martha or her people that I was a winner. I was a little bummed out since they showed my layout everyday since last Friday and some of those days twice..... I got my hopes up a little because of that.... Oh well I will look on the bright side... The daily winners had their layout on once, mine was on all week. And as for talking to Martha, I have done that twice and I was even one of her first callers on her radio show. So I will be perfectly content and oh so happy with that and continue my adoration for Martha and all things Martha.
To make myself feel better I will continue to be one of the few voices of support for Martha on the 2peas message board were just "lovely" women hang out and say horrible hateful things about Martha and quite frankly anybody else and also make comments that her style of scrapbooking is "ugly" and dated. Why do people have to be like this..... that is not what this hobby is suppose to be about.
But here is something cool.... the cover of the Portland Monthly magazine has the house I grew up in smack dab in the middle.... pretty exciting....
