Page 32 Sauteed Chicken in Mustard Cream Sauce, this is so good. I'm even going to make it again tomorrow night
Page 33 Buttermilk Baked Chicken, very good and not fried. I add a whole lot more of the hot sauce to it
Page 40 Cashew Chicken, there is just something about being able to make Chinese food at home, and even better you can control the sodium
